What I’m About
Director
From bossing neighborhood kids around in backyard plays to the first class I took in college, I have always had a rooted interest in directing for the stage.
I predominantly work on new pieces of theatre – collaborating closely with playwrights and performers – and enjoy the creative control directing offers. I believe in creating supportive and dynamic rehearsal environments.
Choreographer
I have a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating dynamic, engaging choreography that enhances the storytelling of each production. My work spans a variety of styles, and I strive to craft memorable and impactful dance numbers.
I enjoy working with young artists and teaching them about storytelling through dance.
Playwright
With writing partner Niko Krieger, we have produced readings of our two plays “A Hero’s Journey” and “Moon Beach.”
We strive to create stories that explore the complexities of growing up. Our collaborative process is deeply rooted in a commitment to authenticity, aiming to resonate with audiences of all ages. We seek to spark conversations and evoke nostalgia, sensitivity and creativity.
Performer
Performing is my first love. A skilled singer, actor, and dancer, I am drawn to comedic characters and shows that allow me to express my bold humor and style.
My versatility has led me to explore a wide range of roles, from classic musical theatre to contemporary works. I thrive in collaborative environments and am dedicated to bringing dynamic, engaging performances to life.
Administrator
I also work as an Administrative Program Coordinator for University of Utah Pediatrics and Primary Children’s Hospital.
I find great satisfaction in coordinating the Faculty Development, Engagement, Outreach and EDI efforts, and enjoy devoting my organizational talents to skilled physicians and specialized medical staff.
Human Being
Outside of work, I love exploring the natural beauty of Utah. I am a bad, but enthusiastic, rock climber, Ashtangi, and hiker.
On the weekends, you will find me day-tripping between Idaho’s Snake River Plain and Utah’s Wasatch Front, likely listening to a D&D podcast or some sad girl pop music.
